Anne Bernardin is a Certified Diabetes Prevention Coach and Nutrition Educator specializing in helping women over 60, simplify healthy living to prevent or reverse diabetes.
Her calm but passionate, down-to-earth approach turns nutrition knowledge into daily habits, so you can stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling like yourself again.
I joined ABC Lifestyle Change Group Coaching because I thought
I would try "one more time" to achieve a comfortable body weight
and to also possibly lower my blood pressure.
The most helpful part of this program…the learning that combinations of food matters
to how your body processes nutrition.

This in-person, 60+ women only group meets weekly in Napa, a supportive
setting where you’ll explore:
Movement that fits your life
Simple, healthy eating that makes sense
Stress reduction and sleep strategies
Weekly conversation and encouragement
Change feels easier (and more fun!) when you do it with others who “get it.”

Monday Evenings — 6:30 PM
Wednesday Mornings — 10:00 AM
(Each group is limited to 6 women for personal attention.)
